“How refreshing to find an Indian buffet again that is actually delicious. House of India may very well now be the beat Indian Reataurant in the Nashville area. Friendly staff, appropriately flavorful and spicy dishes (even on the buffet). So many buffets I've been to in recent years are overly sweet and bland. Not this place. If you used to go to Bombay Palace more than a decade ago, this is like that. Same owners in fact. So good.“

“We just celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary dinner on Friday evening. We were impressed from the moment we sat down at the table. Our main server was Demetrius and Bella was the one who cut our chops and explained about the chop as she did the cutting. Vernon was not our server yet stopped by a few times just to make sure all was well. Everyone who came to the table told us Happy Anniversary and to let them know if there is anything we needed. The food was delicious, ambiance was wonderful and the staff made our meal special to us. This was our first time and we will highly recommend to all our friends and we WILL be back😊“

I would have preferred steak fries or actual cut and deep fried potatoes. My friend had the margherita pizza and ate every bite of it. Service was amazing. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Dessert didn't seem likely, since I was starting to feel full, but I overheard another server mention a chocolate torte that had peanut butter mousse, so. . . O. M. G. As if the food and service weren't good enough, we were back in our hotel room by 9:45.“

Our breakfast (mine was the fall pancake with chicken apple sausage and scrambled eggs) was so flavorful that I didn't even need syrup. No they aren't overly sweet. “After a day of soccer, we found Scout's down the street from the fields. It's located in a cute town square area with a pond, swings, and grassy area for kids to play. We had a large group of 9 and they seated us right away. We chose to sit on the patio to enjoy the warm afternoon sun and breeze. It's a dog-friendly spot, and our kids loved petting the other guests' dogs (asking for permission of course). The inside is cute as well, but it would have been a little crowded with our larger party. But I could imagine hanging out with friends at the bar or on a date night with my wife. Scout's has a large and diverse menu, so everyone was able to order something to their taste. My son had a smash burger and appetizer of fries, cheese curds, poutine and bacon, my daughter had chicken tenders and Mac N Cheese, I had pizza, and my wife ordered taquitos. They also have a full bar and several craft beers to choose from. I had the Good People IPA, which is one of my faves. The service was excellent. Our server, Lauren, was friendly and attentive. Grabbed empty plates quickly, refilled waters & sodas without asking, and was ready to bring us the next round at just the right time.“

Some of my favorites dishes are the fish tacos, grilled shrimp tacos, and so many other dishes at BrickTop's. The avocado toast and the donuts that are only served for Sunday Brunch are a favorite as well.“

“Love the pho and banh mi sandwich. The bone broth never disappoints and the sandwich is such a wonderful combination of flavors. Great bread, too, and I grew up in Louisiana, the home of great po boy bread! Wanted to try the ribs but they’re temporarily out so had the wings instead. Very good and the Asian bbq sauce is just right for sweet light heat.

“A very chic and hip area with incredible outdoor areas, shops, and restaurants. Somewhat of a quiet evening in the area but Blue Sushi was wonderful, being able to relax and savor fantastic sushi without being too crowded. It's a very large restaurant and a huge menu of sushi offerings. Anna was a kind, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable food attendant, and made the meal extra special.“
