“THE BEST COFFEE IN FRANKLIN. I haven't tried the whiskey yet but I can only presume it is JUST AS GREAT!!! I come here 2-3 times a week. Such a great multifaceted environment to work, hang with friends, or chat with the barista's or bartenders. I can't imagine someone walking in here without leaving happier and better than they were before they came in... that is... unless you walk in after they've finished serving coffee... “They have two locations, both operate out of an airstream trailer. I discovered this place because I was doing uber eats and the staff were SO NICE. They made sure that they made the donuts fresh for the customer that ordered them. While waiting, the staff members gave me complimentary sample donuts. That was such a kind gesture and they were delicious! They offer multiple types of donuts and all in view being made before your eyes after you order them. The smell is amazing as you would expect. Great attention to detail and I love how they make them fresh right there. So good.“

“The best donut, evahhhhh! Took my 2 year old son for a Saturday morning treat and it ended up being the most delicious treat I've had in a long time. The service was excellent as the lady explained how the donuts were made, all the flavors, and how to order. Highly recommend the powdered donuts and cinnamon sugar donuts. “Welcome to town, Red Bicycle! This place just moved in down the street from our neighborhood and we decided to stop in to try it. The vibes are very cool and calm with natural comfortable touches. The drinks are awesome with special twists and combinations. I also think the names are super cool. The staff is accommodating and kind. Although a little pricey, I do recommend this coffee shop/crepe eatery.“

“Came here on a Friday morning around 0930am. It was very busy. It has a very nice atmosphere with a decent amount of seating. Coffee and food selection is decent. This is a great place for those that want something better than Starbucks, but it isn't for big coffee snobs (at least in my eyes).Food selection is decent but nothing like a full meal. I wish the pastry selection was a little bigger, but that's just me.Coffee is really good quality, but for the snobs the most indepth they get is 'single origin or blend'.Biggest issue I see if they seemed short staffed. We ordered a pour over coffee which is on the opposite side of the bar (where we sat). A barista started it, and walked off to attend to other orders. She was so busy with other orders she forgot the pour over. We had to get the attention of someone else to finish it. Not a huge ding, but something they might want to look into on their end. ??♂️“

“I have been here a few times. Good lemonade on a hot day! They were polite and friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is pretty cool too. There is seating upstairs and downstairs. Good place to have a quiet meeting at times as sometimes you can find an area to sit without too many people around.“

Every single time twice thus far I've done online ordering through the Cool Springs location, Columbia Ave has been a saving grace!!! Thank goodness!!! My first online order to Cool Springs was for sheets and string lights for the Christmas tree. I get a text/email that it's ready and I head over. I arrive, wait in a long line at customer service to open the bag and the string lights were not the ones I ordered. They walkied to have someone pull the lights I ordered... about 20 mins go by, while I have stepped aside for others to be serviced. They don't have them. They don't have ANY in stock with the green strands to match the tree, all are white. No thanks. Ordered the lights at the Columbia Franklin Target, called to confirm they pulled the correct ones and then went to pick them up. Very helpful. Second online order was last night for a game as a gift... Wake up this morning to an email saying they don't have it. Order online at Columbia Franklin for their "drive up" pick up option and it's ready within the hour. YOU GUYS ROCK AND are reliable - THANK YOU!!!“

“Loved it here. Stopped for a client meeting and got there early to have a quick solo lunch. Food was great (club sandwich) and ready quickly. Got coffee once my guest arrived, just drip coffee but good overall. Nothing fancy. There was a woman tidying tables and clearing up small pieces of trash and it hit me that you really don’t see that often because everyone is so short staffed. I asked for the manager’s contact details from that same woman and turns out she IS the store manager! Kudos for doing awesome work. Will be back for sure. I hope corporate reads this and she gets a bonus.“
“Met a friend for lunch here. The old house atmosphere is fun. The menu is very a la cart, as you order at the desk and they bring it to your table by number. Everything we tried was good. All of the workers were very friendly and accommodating. Good for a casual bite.“
