“[July 2025] I was looking around for a nearby coffee shop while in Cool Springs and this cute place came up nearby on the maps. When I arrived, I actually was greeted by Art, the owner who was very warm and welcoming. I ordered an iced lavender oat milk latte and breakfast bowl with house made salsa. The breakfast bowl was savory and perfectly cheesy. The latte was well balanced. I loved the décor there as well. It was a small café with a home-like vibe. The bathroom even had these photos of Mona Lisa blowing bubbles with chewing gum. I definitely will be back!“

“We were in Franklin for a business brief business trip, and actually went to another coffee shop, where an employee there highly recommended Hank’s. So, after our coffee at the other place, we went there. While the coffee at the other place was pretty good, Hank’s was much better. So much so we went back the following day before we left Franklin. But the staff, the customers and the atmosphere were superb. Always speaks well when customers are lined up out the door and not complaining or leaving. And the staff member that took our order the first day remembered us when we showed up the second day. Can’t say enough good things, it was that good.
Also, we do coffee dates wherever we are, wherever we go, so we do know our coffee and are particular. Photos are from day 1 and day 2.“

“LOVELY! We love this cozy little breakfast spot. (They have lunch there too.) It's very clean and the service is good. The menu is extensive for a small restaurant. We enjoyed lattes, the pancakes, a couple of pastries and the Nutella crepe. We've had the breakfast sandwiches in the past. They also have eggs benedict, acai bowls and smoothies. Everything is made to order and very good. Check out the menu online and you will see what I mean. There is seating inside and limited seating outside. You can also take your food over to the green space just steps away from the restaurant. It is also great that this place is open on Sunday when many of the shops around it are closed. (Note it is closed on Mondays.)“

“I'm in town from New Hampshire for break to visit family and I've been to this Starbucks a few times in the last week or so and have had an amazing experience each time.

In the morning the wait in the Drive Thru can definitely be long, but I've had pleasant conversations with the people manning the window, including a girl with really cool pink/purple hair and a taller gentleman with a buzzcut. The wait barely felt like anything since they were so welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly.

The cafe itself is tidy and more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I've been to and it was nice to have somewhere to relax and study without being squished right next to a bunch of strangers. The young woman who took my order in the evening complimented me on my makeup and we had a brief conversation about brands that we like.

Overall I would say this is one of the better Starbucks I've been to and they definitely have a well-oiled machine and a team full of great people. I think I'll miss it when I go back home.“

“Got my morning Latte via the Starbucks app, and was generally glad! Like most Starbucks the morning drive time is intense at this location, but getting in front of the line is not difficult with the mobile order. \n\nI've learned, however, to check the order and not just run in, pick up and dash! Getting a drink that is two inches from the top, in spite of ordering "easy foam," is not an infrequent problem. In three days/three orders were like this, at this Starbucks! When I pointed the "light foam" on the order sticker on the cup, the barista was very accommodating -- re-made the Latte -- but it sure slows you down when you're in a time crunch! \n\nThe drinks at this store are fully up to standard, and help is accommodating, but details at busy times seem to be easily missed. Bottom line: I'll continue to use their app when ordering, and I'll check my order visually even when I'm short on time -- check order before leaving the store!“
