“I've tried these Donuts a few times they are typically fresh or somewhere close to Fresh each time it's like a walk-on food truck you have the donuts ready or coming out of the grease and then based off of how you want them they make them according to what you say very tasty and there are many donuts to me they are some of the best donuts out there very good quality very friendly service it has that local feel and I can tell that they are growing they have a few locations already I think two and Franklin one in Spring Hill and another outside of the state“

“If you are not getting good service then you are in the wrong location! I have visited several locations and at various times, for the most part they are all staffed with friendly employees who are obviously working hard. Today I am in Franklin and the young man noticed that I had been here for a while and offered me a drink! I will take this place over the "other" popular coffee place any day!!“

“The carothers location has upgrade their service level back to where it used to be. Clearly the former manager is back (Angel) and the crew is very customer centric. Also happy to see you are making Honey Raisin Bran muffins. I hope it continues throughout the year!“

“I travel back and forth between Florida and Missouri every couple of months and always stay over for a night in Franklin near this Dunkin’ Donuts store. As always, I went in this morning to get some coffee before starting my drive south. A young man named “CHRISTOPHER” took my order, which included variations of the way that the drinks are normally prepared. CHRISTOPHER greeted me with a very friendly smile and exhibited obvious intelligence and a sincere interest in how I wanted my drinks prepared. Although I had a long drive ahead of me, CHRISTOPHER’s wonderful attitude truly brightened my day! Naturally, I think that CHRISTOPHER is an asset to the store!“

“The coffee at this location was awesome! Many other locations have been watering down their coffee, but not here. The service was top notch and friendly. Everything was in stock and the service was quick. We came in to Nashville for two days from Knoxville and I can assure you this location was MUCH better than the Knoxville area.“

“It was my first time at this location, and the service was exceptional! They are not only doing their regular workload but the work of the Thompson Lane location due to a fire they had, and they are going above and beyond. The donuts were fresh this morning, the frozen coffee was amazing. Only thing I wish was different is that you got a dozen donuts for your birthday instead of just three, but it's okay. Will definitely visit these guys again“

“This is the best Dunkin I've been to periodt! I have not waited more than 1 minute for my order in the drive-thru. Other locations in Smyrna and Murfreesboro are way slower and also not nearly as friendly.“
