“At first, when it opened, it was OK and then rapidly went downhill. Now, coffee doesn't even taste like coffee. You get ice coffee. It tastes like water with whatever flavor you chose. Has no coffee taste whatsoever. Always too much ice in the cup way over fill line. And french vanilla is not vanilla “
“You people are wild with your BS reviews. This place JUST opened. They are actively hiring to fill open roles. I'm here right now, and there are only two young women working hard while the manager is on the floor interviewing a potential new hire. I asked the young lady how she was and she could barely make eye contact and she muttered "stressed". It's freaking 10am and the poor girl is stressed. I told her things will turn around soon as this new business gets settled. Anyone who knows anything about opening a business knows that you have to open by a certain time whether you're ready or not. So who is the dumb one? A new restaurant opening before they are ready because they have bills to pay, or the "Karens" in the reviews who complaint about a new restaurant not operating quickly enough. Get over yourselves. At least you didn't have to cook your meal, and if time is of the essence then leave earlier if you know you're stopping by a restaurant that JUST OPENED.“
“We was on vacation and splurged on donuts. Donuts was good but felt they was good size but overpriced for me. Prices for the area maybe priced okay.We got tiramisu donut tasted wonderful. However the powder on top is messy to eat and really not needed. But overall a good splurge.“

Wife of owner running it - the owner drowned a year or more ago - very sad !!! :( she's keeping business alive though --they have a MANY LAYERED DONUT that is beyond good !! “Not sure why I did not think of writing a review years ago, but here goes. I found this place many years ago when I worked at PPG paints in Madison as every Friday we would order 2 dozen for the employees and customers. They without a doubt have the best donuts and even though I no longer work at PPG and I live in Hendersonville, we try to make the drive (past Krispy Creme, Dunkin', and Shipleys) to get their donuts. I PROMISE you that it is worth the drive!!!“

“we have been to Donut Distillery on multiple occasions. I personally love the Strawberry Lemonade and the Orange Tang. My only complaint is that the location at Food Assembly Hall is they are becoming much like McDonald's with being able to make the shakes. I love the Boozy Shakes, when you can actually get one. Last night you lost about 5 customers at the same time we were in line because of that.“
