The carothers location has upgrade their service level back to where it used to be. Clearly the former manager is back (Angel) and the crew is very customer centric. Also happy to see you are making Honey Raisin Bran muffins. I hope it continues throughout the year!
Tried the new summer drinks. Tasty and refreshing. Team was friendly and corrected a summer drink special type that I wanted
My daughter placed a huge doordash order. 2 of the drinks were incorrect and we were missing 3 items. They called the manager and she said the best she could do was compensate them next time they came in. The girls didn't want to be compensated later, they were just hungry and wanted their food. Lol So we drove in and the manager was so sweet and very apologetic and more than made it right. So yes, the original order was messed up but they have the right person in the manager...read full review
