If you are not getting good service then you are in the wrong location! I have visited several locations and at various times, for the most part they are all staffed with friendly employees who are obviously working hard. Today I am in Franklin and the young man noticed that I had been here for a while and offered me a drink! I will take this place over the "other" popular coffee place any day!!

Always start my day by going by the staff is amazing one of them put me on to there frozen hot chocolate which is delicious and my go to drink now

Dunkin' is a great store with delicious food and drinks. The store is clean, but service can be slow due to limited staff. While the food is tasty, some items may not be prepared as expected, such as cream cheese not being spread on bagels. The staff is friendly, but may not always have everything in stock, which can be stressful for employees and customers.
