If you are not getting good service then you are in the wrong location! I have visited several locations and at various times, for the most part they are all staffed with friendly employees who are obviously working hard. Today I am in Franklin and the young man noticed that I had been here for a while and offered me a drink! I will take this place over the "other" popular coffee place any day!!
