The employees were exceptionally nice and helpful, quick with service. The manager was rude to employees, raising her voice, and belittling. The employees did not let it affect how they treated customers so bravo to them.
The coffee was like flavored water.and they say how many cream&sugars but i ended up putting it in my coffee myself.that medium sizedcoffee i ordered was not worth the $3.99 i spent.

in all my years, i’ve never encountered such excellent customer service as how i did the night i went over to this dunkin. the two gentlemen hosted me with charming kindness and offered me thoughtful substitutes to the donuts i previously wanted. definitely made my night, need more people like this in everyday work force !!
