“It's ok. Drip coffee is usually good. I like how they serve their espresso with a small glass of sparkling water. The muffins are pretty stale and underwhelming. The staff are not rude, but they aren't friendly either in my experience. This place can get really busy with lines out the door, but it is usually fairly quick.“

We went by because she wanted to use it but it kept declining. The girls were so sympathetic and felt so bad that Jenna paid for our drink. “We have been going to The Perch, Brentwood location for years. Their breakfast and brunch options are delicious, the coffee is always good, with different choices available, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is one of the few places that serves great crepes, that don’t taste like a cardboard, Waffles and omelets are also available. Overall, a great breakfast/brunch place, where you can work peacefully if you want to get out of the house or office.“

“The best espresso at this location and have been to a lot of them. Not sure why but it cuts through all the Milk and sugar they put in some of the drinks, has been weak at some of the other locations and sometimes I do not even taste espresso in their lattes. Highly recommend!“
