The server seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Hard to get refills. The food was mediocre at best. There were 3 of us dining and food came out at separate times. No one received their entire meal at once. We each got a part of the meal then one other item would be dropped off. From start of delivery to finally receiving all food was just over 10 minutes. El Sombrero is a hidden gem. I grew up along the Texas Mexico border and the food reminds me of my hometown. The servers are friendly and the service is good. We eat here fairly often and get takeout as well.
