5 Best Chicken Restaurants in Gallatin

“I went to Chick-fil-A on May 1 at this location and had such a great experience! I ordered a grilled Cobb salad with no bacon through the drive-thru, but when I got my food, it was a fried salad with bacon. I went inside, and the customer service was TOP TIER. Everyone was so kind and apologetic. They quickly made me a fresh grilled salad exactly how I ordered it, no bacon, no issues at all. Not only that, but they told me to keep the other salad too! On top of that, they gave me a chocolate chip cookie and Two cards for free sandwiches. That really meant a lot. I gave the extra salad to my daughter, so nothing went to waste. They were all so sweet and went above and beyond to make things right. This is what amazing customer service looks like!“

“I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Egg salad has always been my go-to order here — honestly, it’s the main reason I choose Chicken Salad Chick over other lunch spots. So I was shocked to learn that this location has stopped serving it.

What makes it even more frustrating is that other Chicken Salad Chick locations are still offering egg salad, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why it was discontinued here. It felt like the decision was brushed off, and as a loyal customer, that was really disappointing.

Unfortunately, without egg salad on the menu, I don’t see myself coming back to this location. It was the one thing I consistently ordered, and now I can’t get it anymore. I truly hope they bring it back in the future — if they do, I’ll happily return.“

“This place is great! My kids & I meet there often to eat & discuss our happenings. Always outstanding service & great quality food. This afternoon I had an issue with the shrimp I'd ordered being a bit overcooked. Staff & management were very cooperative & offered full replacement or refund. Excellent experience & refreshing to see such personal care from an establishment. 5 stars always for the Gallatin Zaxby's crew.“
