“I called this morning and spoke with a manager. I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and accommodating. I had completely forgotten to submit an order for a party at 11 am and she was able to fulfill the order and was able to do it within time we were needing to pickup. I am so grateful for her. She was so nice and very helpful despite them being busy with other catering orders. This was top notch service. Definitely will recommend this location in the future!!!“

“I ordered catering for my daughter's bridal luncheon, and we arrived to pick it up about 15 minutes early. I was surprised to see that the food was already ready to go. They just had to prepare our drinks. Billy Brown went above and beyond and was hurrying to get us our order as fast as possible and was so kind. He also gave us a bag of ice and had a smile on his face the entire time. I received so many compliments on the food, and they gave us every utensil and item we could think of to make our event run smoothly. If you are considering Chicken Salad Chick for your next event or party, I highly recommend ordering from this one! Fantastic experience all around.“

“This place is great! My kids & I meet there often to eat & discuss our happenings. Always outstanding service & great quality food. This afternoon I had an issue with the shrimp I'd ordered being a bit overcooked. Staff & management were very cooperative & offered full replacement or refund. “Jasmine was extremely welcoming...her beautiful personality literally was contagious at the front counter. I watched several people order to go but opted to actually dine in because the restaurant was clean and felt very, family oriented. It was pleasant and nostalgic to watch families actually dine in and it's because the entire team were work efficiently but smiling and actually having warming conversation with us customers in line.
