“I love the food and the service at Chicken Salad Chick. I've ordered in person before and ordered delivery twice now recently, never disappointed! Even the delivery by Door Dash is fast! The chicken salads and pimento cheese taste so fresh and delicious. I prefer scoops with crackers and the portions are always generous, the pasta and broccoli salads are great and the white chocolate cake is amazing! I have leftovers and have it for lunch the next day. I've never had any mistakes made with my orders, and that's saying something these days! I'm a fan :)“

“I was made to feel very unimportant at this establishment. I was not in the drive thru and I was not a doordasher and felt I was looked over. I gave 1 star bcs you never get a 2nd chance to change a first perception. But the manager there's name was Antaun or maybe it was Antone.. BUT HE IS THE REASON FOR 5 STARS OVER ALL!He saw what was happening and HE SAW me!He treated me like my money and order mattered and I'll come back solely bcs of him. This guy isn't getting paid enough in my opinion. Idk what he makes but having him makes this company a winner! He was working harder than any other employees and yet he stopped and made me take presidency that's fully worth the 5 stars. In a world so busy to stop and see me though noone else did.. and got my order and food so quickly I forgot about the rude negligence of the rest. I love zaxby's and hate going to the one by my home... until now.“

“How refreshing to receive customer service with a smile! I go to the Hermitage location since they opened. Last evening was the 1st time my order was not correct. I returned this morning to discuss my concerns and the Manager Temekia offered a sincere apology and asked to make my order correct. She prepared a fresh order and delivered it to me with a great smile and told me she wanted to make sure I had the best customer experience. What a refreshing experience for great customer service. “The food and service was great the only problem is there is no where to sit inside to eat your food so you will have to get it togo and either sit in your car to eat or take it home...also its not alot of places to park so a person has to be mindful of the parking arrangements so they wont block anybody when getting their food..lastly i would advise you to call ahead and place your order because they make the food fresh and if you dont want to wait awhile for your food then call ahead... All and all I will be back it was my first time trying them but it wont be my last!!“

“Hands down best chicken place in the game!! I live in Kentucky now but travel through Nashville all the time and lived there for 8 years. Anytime I lived nearby or was visiting I would always come here! My favorite was always the hot chicken tenders, mouthwatering and all!
Unfortunately I wanted to stop by again just last week and found out he has permanently shut down the restaurant. This is the most devastating thing to see because I’m a very picky eater and I could eat David’s food all day everyday! Amazing owner, amazing chef, amazing food! No chicken place can compete with his food in my opinion.“

My husband and I both ordered the 3 jumbo tender with fries in the Nashville Hot flavor . Food was made to order and was hot and juicy. When back in Nashville I will definitely return!“
