“For a little counter service in a 7 eleven, Raise the Roost is pretty good and inexpensive. Mostly fried foods, but the tenders are pretty tasty.
They close early, usually done by 8 o clock. But still surprisingly fresher then some more expensive chicken places.
You order your food and then are free to roam around the 7 eleven. Then they ring it all up in one order.
There are even a few tables inside if you need a place to take a break from the road.“

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Always yummy! Tried the grits for the first time and they were pretty good. The food came hot and tasted great. The only thing is that we walked away with our carryout order without anyone handing us our cup for a drink. We had to go back to get it.“

Was drawn in by the wonderful aroma (was visiting CVS) it took just one bite! It was delicious I knew they had a customer as long as I’m BNA. 1st time- 3 tenders (huge)

“Got a 3 piece with medium heat. Side of Mac with their signature sauce, ranch and hot honey. I personally liked this more than Hattie B’s.
Chicken was juicy and far from dry, seasoning was perfect, in my opinion, Mac was super cheesy and good. Will definitely be coming back.
Also, service was great!“

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“This particular Chick Fil A is always amazing. The one is never as long as long of a wait as other ones I have been to. The workers are all very nice and obviously say it's 'their pleasure' after my massive orders. Inside they have a play area for kids too. It's definitely the best Chick Fil A I could ever recommend to anyone. We will go out of our way to go to this one because it's so much faster.“

“It is my go to chicken fingers place. They are fresh, cripy and just right. The fries are just so so. They have really nice outdoor seatings with lights and big trees. A perfect place to take your dog for summer dinning. The parking is easy and they have ample space available. The staff are friendly and always promt to bring the food out to the patio. Stop by for a quick bite with you friends and pets.“

“I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

“Great food, super clean dining room, and staff really hustling to get it right. It's why Zaxby's is thriving, while the Colonel across the street has finally closed down. We only get restaurant food once a week---usually splitting an order, at that---but Zaxby's often gets that business from our fam. Why? Because of the excellent chow, dining room open after hubs leaves work, and pleasant atmosphere. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it right! 👍“

“This place is great like all chick filets. Super fast and friendly efficient service. I've never had a complaint. They have the best refreshing drink that I could literally drink everyday of my life. The sugar free frosted lemonade. I usually get the 4 chicken tender meal with large waffle fries and 4 diet frosted lemonades and yes they are all for me. Lol I literally can't get enough.“

“I went through the drive-through to get an item that was featured on the TV ad, but supposedly it was seasonal and was no longer available so I got something else. I thought the food quality was mediocre, but it’s fast food so you can’t expect much. The people at the window were very nice.“
