I ordered a Chick fil A deluxe sandwich. I am not sure why, but I was given a spicy sandwich. I called, and the manager said she would give me another one. I ran back up there, and the manager was not nice . Very indifferent and walked off. The person who checked me out was really nice and apologized. The manager needs lessons in customer service. Her name is similar to Shelly or Kelly.
Chic-fil-a always a great salad and great spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Super busy at the drive thru so decided to eat in.Parking: If you plan on dining in during busy times, better to access the lot by coming in off of Old Hickory Blvd and NOT Nolensville Pike.

When you go here you expect good service. But this restaurant doesn't have that anymore. It's fast service but not good service. Please don't become like McDonald's..
