Went to this chick fil a for the second time. My first experience was fine. This experience was absolutely not chick fil a customer service expectations. The girl taking my order was great. The girl in the other lane was clearly frustrated with something and did not want to help people. I then drive around to get my food and the guy was so high. I had to pull up to wait for my food and the girl that was frustrated in the drive through was on her phone complaining to someone about her job and how she liked working there at first blah blah blah. RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR! I get this chick fil a is basically in the ghetto but come on, chick fil a I know you have standards.

I ordered a Chick fil A deluxe sandwich. I am not sure why, but I was given a spicy sandwich. I called, and the manager said she would give me another one. I ran back up there, and the manager was not nice . Very indifferent and walked off. The person who checked me out was really nice and apologized. The manager needs lessons in customer service. Her name is similar to Shelly or Kelly.
