“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“After seeing a few posts about Kennedy Fried Chicken on Insta, we had to try it! I’ve been on the search for a good fried chicken place that wasn’t Popeyes or “KFC”. Well this is it! I personally think it’s my favorite. Great portion sizes, awesome flavor and you can’t beat the prices. It’s made to order and you can tell! It tastes fresh. You don’t get “the foods been cooked in old oil and sitting under a heating lamp” taste. The hardest part was trying to decide what to order and then picking a flavor. So we decided to try a few different things. The catfish with chicken tenders, the leg and thigh, and a small order of shrimp, all in Cajun flavor. The combination plates came with fries and bread. I will be back even if it will take an hour to get there from Murfreesboro! It’s worth the drive! Just heads up. It’s a tiny little place with only one little table and two chairs. So it’s more of a pick up and go kind of place. And it gets busy!“

Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“I'll always give Chick-fil-A my business and 5 stars; however, this particular location in Goodlettsville was THE slowest I had ever visited. This is not a fault of the staff but location. You have 2 lanes, great staff greeting with smiles and taking or confirming your order, then the 2 lanes merge into one after giving your order and the line just creeps. Even if this was a franchise owner for that location, that choice disrupts the flow of expectations Chick-fil-A delivers. Great food, great staff as always experienced just a one-star fail for me because of the congestion of traffic.“

“If you’re looking for REALLY good fried chicken, you have to try this place! 🍗🔥 Everything was absolutely delicious — the chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning was on point. The portions were generous, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was amazing. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food and their customers. “Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for dinner and ordered the Chick Melt with a cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Overall, it was a solid meal. It wasn't one of those places that blows you away, but it was tasty, filling, and I'd definitely come back.

The Chick Melt hit the spot. The croissant wasn't as flaky as I expected, but it had a nice chew to it that I actually ended up liking. I thought it made the sandwich better. The chicken salad and melted cheese worked well together without being overly heavy.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was good too. It had plenty of flavor and paired nicely with the sandwich. I gave the crackers and cookie to my girls, and my wife gladly took the pickle since I'm not a pickle guy.

For some reason, I went in expecting this to be more of a health-conscious restaurant. It really isn't, and honestly, that didn't bother me. I care more about good-tasting food than anything else, and this meal delivered.

If you're looking for a solid dinner that's satisfying without trying to be fancy, Chicken Salad Chick is worth a stop. It's not a place I'd drive across town for, but it's definitely a place I'd eat at again.“

“I loved everything at this Zaxby's, the food was delish and fries were big, I came here after an XC meet with my friends and had a fun time, the employees were super nice and helpful, they had this thing to get something for free and spin a wheel if you gave a survey, the only thing was that the burger was a little bit smaller than I thought it was going to be for the price that it was but overall, awesome. Zaxby's got the sauce.“

“This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

“Stopped by Pollo Campero on Gallatin Pike in Madison a couple of days ago and left impressed. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, the sides complemented the meal well, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. The team made sure everything was right. I swung by the Hendersonville Zaxby’s on a busy evening and was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and the energy was positive. Order came out lightning fast through the drive-thru too.
The Chicken Fingerz were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and hot. I went with the Zax Sauce (absolute must) and threw in some Buffalo Wings – both were on point. Fries were fresh and seasoned just right, and the Texas Toast was buttery heaven. Even the coleslaw was a standout – crisp and creamy.
Portions are generous for the price, and everything tasted like it was made to order. Clean restaurant, quick service, and that signature Zaxby’s vibe done right. This location is easily one of the better ones I’ve hit.
If you’re in Hendersonville and craving chicken fingers, wings, or a solid Zalad, this is your spot. Highly recommend the Meal Deals or any of the signature sauces. I’ll definitely be back soon!“

“What a trip! Cool place, cashiers speak 3 languages. Variety of world wide foods aaaannnnddd the chicken tenders I got were big, juicy and tasty! Mashed potatoes were on point! After tax $15 for six big tenders, great mashed potatoes and gravy, honey biscuit was good but not fluffy. I'm definitely coming back!“
