We went to the Jackson, TN location Friday night. We were sat in the party room. It looked like a party was in there. No big deal we didn’t mind. Then a lady started speaking ( it was a rally to get the people to vote for her) the management had no idea that was going to happen. They didn’t rent the room out, they just showed up. We had a reservation for Saturday and when we got there,they to find it.
We were told there would be a 20 min wait. We were on a tight schedule the reason for our reservation. We went somewhere else that was able to take care of us. I doubt if we will try to make reservations again. We may not go back at all.
