The customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't good or friendly. I ordered a reindeer cake pop and ax peppermint mocha with 2 extra pumps of peppermint. The value pop was horrible and the coffee didn't have the regular amount of peppermint much less the extra two shots I paid for... just ?

Starbucks inside Kroger...I always have an issue when I go here so I try not to but it's so convenient since I grocery shop as well. When I order, there is no greeting and when I asked a question it was not answered so I thought she did not hear me but she did. At the pick up area again she did not say anything so I almost picked up the wrong drink. They do not ask for names so it's best if they would call out the drink instead of just sitting it down. The coffee was good no complaints about the product, but could the employees at least act like they care about the people that buy the product that pays their paycheck??? No communication, slow moving, and kept setting drinks on the counter but never cared whom they were suppose to go to. $10.85 paid for two drinks, my next time is to buy coffee from Kroger and make it myself at home!
