She gets one star cause she who worked on may 4th 2023 at 10:56am was rude when I had ordered grande size drinks and got small cups, when something was said about this, she rolled her eyes! I called corporate and I await the district managers phone call!

The customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't good or friendly. I ordered a reindeer cake pop and ax peppermint mocha with 2 extra pumps of peppermint. The value pop was horrible and the coffee didn't have the regular amount of peppermint much less the extra two shots I paid for... just ?

This Starbucks rarely open.If there are barista’s there, they are usually standing behind the counter with lights off and say they are closed. Mobile app lets you order even if there is nobody there working during “open” hours.

Starbucks inside Kroger...I always have an issue when I go here so I try not to but it's so convenient since I grocery shop as well. When I order, there is no greeting and when I asked a question it was not answered so I thought she did not hear me but she did. At the pick up area again she did not say anything so I almost picked up the wrong drink. They do not ask for names so it's best if they would call out the drink instead of just sitting it down. It looked like they did not want to be there. I worked retail/customer service so I understand. But also whe. I got tired of it I left. The drink was good though for once.
Absolute worst Starbucks. 3 times I've gone in well before close and they've already broken down the espresso machine, so they can't sell anything with espresso a hour and a half before they close.

This Starbucks is notoriously bad, but today I decided to give it another chance. Worst idea ever apparently. The barista was having a horrible day. She made our drinks in about 25 seconds and they tasted like hot water with whipped cream on top. They were out of food and several other drinks. Which may not be there fault... even though the Starbucks right up the road has everything. The drinks were so horrible we just threw them away. I would seriously recommend going to any other coffee shop.

I came to the counter at 6:50 and was rudely told they were closed by a girl named Natalie. The hours online say 8 so I asked her what time they close at and she told me 7 but, she had “already started cleaning”. What kind of policy is that? You are either closed at 7 or you are open. By the way, all I wanted was a milk with whipped cream for my three year old who then cried all the way through the store...
