Haven't a bad experience at this one. My order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. WKU keeps it beyond cleaner than a normal Chick-fil-A. The dedication to service for the students is outstanding. Even when it's lunch rush, they make sure to get you through the line quickly while maintaining the quality of their service.
Clean, courteous and consistent! I love chick-fil-a for many reasons but I really appreciate that no matter where I am it is clean, the staff are courteous and the food is consistently good quality.

Our adventure was interrupted by a downpour, but Chick-fil-A saved the day. Dahlia got to try her first pup cup (sheâs a huge fan) and the big girls got loved on by the super sweet employees!!
