There is no better way to describe eating Papa John's pizza than to compare it to biting into jello. The cheese, sauce and toppings are fine, but that dough... Well, I guess people who worry about there teeth falling out always have a restaurant for themselves. Good service. #273
Look, I like Papa John's pizza as much as the next guy. They have capability to do better, but they don't. I've ordered there for awhile. They've been on Russellville rd since 1989. Wow, boom!! Pizza now is undercooked I'm assuming that they're trying to push out as much as possible, and under cooking the pizza unless you order well-done, then they burn it. Guys, recalibrate the oven! It’s fast food and barely qualifies as pizza. No one with half a brain would try to compare it to an authentic New York pizzeria. But within its humble category, the Papa John’s in the WKU student union food court seemed to be competently managed. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their food, but when you’re stuck on campus and the only alternatives are Chick-fil-A and freshly-caught squirrel, it’s pretty good.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza.
