I don't think there's a single polite person working here. No matter what I order or what I ask the staff complain about doing their job. I try to be polite and understanding because we are all college students trying our best but I don't deserve to get barked at just for trying to eat here.
It’s fast food and barely qualifies as pizza. No one with half a brain would try to compare it to an authentic New York pizzeria. But within its humble category, the Papa John’s in the WKU student union food court seemed to be competently managed. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their food, but when you’re stuck on campus and the only alternatives are Chick-fil-A and freshly-caught squirrel, it’s pretty good.

While it may not be a gourmet experience, Papa John's can be a reliable choice when you're in a hurry or stuck on campus. Overall, the restaurant's quality can vary depending on the staff, but there are certainly redeeming qualities to be found.
