“In Bowling Green, KY, I was ON Nashville Rd, less than a mile from the Chick-fil-A ON Nashville Rd, but the app said Campbell Lane location was closer, and technically we have TWO locations on Campbell Lane. It just makes it easily confusing!! Anyhow I just clicked nearest location and it didn't register it wasn't right, so no breakfast today! ????? So beware, the phone app doesn't update your location very fast. Don't assume it is correct.“

“We stopped in while passing thru. The subs were good as usual. There were 2 people working upfront when we first got here and they were a little slow. One had an air pod in her ear. Hoping it was for taking phone orders as she kept having to ask the same ? over and making us repeat everything. She said they didn’t serve roast beef at one point and then corrected herself. The other guy seemed like he was either new or just OCD on making the sandwiches perfect. Before we left a 3rd person came in and started helping as it was getting busy. “I just left from dining inside. I ordered on the app and went inside and didn't have to wait but a couple minutes for my food. I met Anne, she was going around the dining area checking on everyone. She got a refill for me and I spoke to her for a few minutes, she is super sweet! This was my first time dining inside, usually I just use the drive thru. So clean inside too.“

I forgot my jacket at Subway and after I travelled 800 miles back to Wisconsin, I called Subway in Bowling Green and Keval said my jacket was there and that he would happily ship it back to me. I not only received my jacket right away but I also got a kind follow up call from Keval a few days later to see if my jacket had arrived in Wisconsin. Thank you for the great customer service!“

“Taco Bell is my all time favorite fast food place to eat. But there are several that have a lot of service issues. This one is usually the best one in my town,but today wasn't one of those days. I was going to utilize the drive thru but the line was ungodly long so I opted to go inside. I had to use the giant tablets once inside cause there was no one at the counter to take my order. 2 guys were in the lobby but were changing menu boards. The food was as good as always to me.“
