“Tonight we played in Barren County. On the way home, I took the girls to Chick-fil-A in Bowling Green, KY, to grab some food. Let me just say — the workers at the Chick-fil-A on Scottsville Road tonight were absolutely amazing! Great service, great attitudes, and awesome personalities. You don’t get that at most restaurants, especially when a big group walks in about 45 minutes before closing. I applaud them tremendously! They had a great team lead as well. Still some truly great people in this world! 🫶🏾❤️🤍“

“Food was amazing as always a little pricey but great we got 4 pizzas a salad and 3 drinks and I got a water and it was 67 dollars. To me it was worth it. The guy Chris that was walking around was great and very friendly just the right atmosphere we like.“

“We’ve always liked Chick-fil-A, so while visiting Bowling Green we stopped by this location as well. One thing that really stood out to me was the fresh flowers on each table. It may seem small, but it made the restaurant feel warm and welcoming.
I also noticed a framed quote on the wall that said, “It’s Better When We’re Together.” That message honestly touched me, so I wanted to share the photo I took. There were other framed quotes around the restaurant too, but I didn’t want to disturb other guests by taking more pictures.
My daughters love the chicken sandwiches, but my wife and I always go for the Chicken Noodle Soup. It’s comforting, delicious, and feels like a healthier option too. If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend giving it a try.“

Also I ordered to go putting in my order and them fulfilling it, I was there <3 minutes, even with all the people. No line accept a few cars in the drive through constantly rotating this place has got their system down packed, reminds me of the old days.“

Well, this arby's was absolutely AWESOME. The 4 for $10 is a GREAT DEAL and all 4 of my roast beef with cheese were absolutely AWESOME. Friendly and on point service too.“

Hadn't been here in a few years and since then other places have come up on their street taco game for much more reasonable prices than what I paid for on this trip, thus the one star deduct. The food is cooked fresh and is tasty. The new pork belly taco was delicious and I wish I would have gotten two but at 5 bucks each I punted. Overall good food at slightly higher prices. The menu has expanded over the years as well. Nice and colorful inside too.“

“The food was s fresh, the person taking the order and at the window was patient and so polite. Even after driving 10 min my fish and shrimp were crispy.

“If this place could get 6 stars it would. The cleanest, most efficient, and well run place I've been too in bowling green. I don't know who the manager or owner is, but this place is run like a military complex. Orderly, clean, did I mention clean? The quality of the food, the cooking the overall up keep, even the parking lot is spotless.

This location probably runs their store better than our local steak n shakes and the quality of the food and service reflects that well. Would recommend this fast food stop.“

“Papa Johns is one of favorite places to get pizza, bonus points for being so close and they deliver. I’ve never had an issue until today. My boyfriend made the order online. Even though it was supposed to be contactless delivery I was asked to sign a receipt…. No big deal, just out of the ordinary. Then he got angry and asked “no tip for coming all the way out here!” I was under the impression that a tip had already been set up, apparently not. I went inside to give my last $7 to give him. I will continue order from Papa Johns but it wouldn’t make me sad at all if he was never sent to our house anymore.“

“I went to Jimmy John's on June 15th and there was a very sweet lady and young man working. The young man was working the register and both of them said hello and I walked in. It was my first time in that Jimmy John's, so they waited patiently while I looked over the menu and asked questions about a sandwich. The young lady knew exactly what was on everything and she made a delicious sandwich! Both of them were very friendly and I will definitely be going back. They have a great selection, the restaurant was clean. It was a really positive experience! I definitely recommend Jimmy John's on Russellville Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky.“

“After having a terrible experience with another location, we stopped here, was helped immediately, and the manager doing the drive thru was extremely kind and remorseful for a location that wasn't even hers. She even apologized on their behalf and upgraded our meal free of charge!!!“

“Pizza Delivery woman comes to our door with pizza. Hands my daughter the pizza. My daughter then tries to hand her the money to pay for pizza. Pizza Delivery Lady quickly turns away, walks back to her car, and leaves. My daughter was thinking maybe it was an act of kindness whereby someone paid for it for her. She had had that happen before. So, About 10 minutes later, My daughter gets a text on her cellphone from your store manager Fran stating that she was sending her Pizza Delivery woman back to our house to collect the money and if my daughter didn't pay, then she was going to call the POLICE on her. Claiming theft!! Manager Fran also told my daughter that the driver was new. Manager Fran treated my daughter like SHE did something wrong. No, Her Pizza Delivery woman did, but for her to threaten to call the POLICE on my daughter, who had tried earlier to pay, like a CRIMINAL was totally OUTRAGEOUS!! After all that, Manager Fran sent that woman back to my daughter's house to get the CASH that was clearly indicated on the receipt to collect. The Pizza Delivery woman, who was of age, appeared REALLY nervous about coming back, but my daughter, unlike Manager Fran, had compassion for her and understood that her mistake was easy to fix. Manager Fran threatening to call the POLICE on my daughter because of her driver's mistake was OUTRAGEOUS AND UNNECESSARY!! Store #37.“

I stood to the side for several minutes, phone and order bag in hand/visible, waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I know they were busy and I didn't want to holler out or wave my phone at somebody or stick it in their face as I've heard some dashers do. But there was someone running out orders, whom I'd hoped would see that I was waiting for such. We are on time limits and can get contract violations even if we "tell" the app that the place is busy. I finally gave up and got in the line which by then had dwindled down.“

After walking in we got a friendly welcome from all behind the counter - even those that would likely be considered back of house cooking were smiling and welcoming.
