“Work in the same strip as this Arby's, they're always kind a respectful, describe their options clearly, and the food is always made correctly, don't have any issues with raw chicken, or cold meat, even when they have rushes everything is made hot and right.“

“Yep! Portland, TN, (almost) has the best Taco Bell establishments in Middle Tennessee. If their Customer Service was a bit more friendly ... happier, they'd rank #1. Unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, they act like I'm interrupting their life. Otherwise, the food is "good enough to eat" and my orders have always been ready on time .. and that's better than most places around here!“

“Came here about 3:08. Got an All-American club. The sandwich was as good as any other Subway sandwich I had. Nothing wrong with it. I wanted to leave a review though to give props to the young man who made my sandwich. In the hopes that maybe Subway will see this and give that man the raise he deserves. He was incredibly meticulous in making the sandwich. It was obvious from watching him he was very particular about the amount of veggies and the placement of them to ensure you got a little bit of everything in every bite. I complimented him and even tipped cash but forgot to get his name. I was at the newer location in Portland Tennessee. He was a young man barely out of high school if he was out of high school. Someone that young that clearly takes pride in everything he does is a rare thing in this day and age. So if you're in Portland and have a hankering for Subway go see him if you can.“

“On April 1st, 2026. My wife and I stopped in at this portland location to order food for our family. A younger guy named Ashton (I believe) served us at the counter. He provided us with some of the best customer service that I have ever received. He was polite, helpful, and patient even while we tried to figure out everyone's order (we were ordering for 5 people). I myself am a store manager at AutoZone in Westmoreland (after witnessing the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service he provided) was tempted to offer him a job right there on the spot. That is the kind of person that will keep customer happy, satisfied and definitely coming back to that location. I cannot brag enough on how great a job that he did. We will definitely be returning because of him if nothing else.“

“First time customer. App worked well. Walked inside for pickup. Food ready and basically accurate (indicating less or more for ingredients didn't mean anything). Typical small booth tables as at many Subway restaurants, but impressed with very spacious dining and very clean.“
