Drive-thru staff must have been having a bad day.. they are usually much better. We had to pull up to wait for our order and told them at the window before moving what sauces I needed and ketchup.. ok they promise as we move down to wait for our meal order..15 minutes later no fries no sauces..
I ordered on the app and went in the location and did not have to wait, which was great. Got the food and went to the car and that is when I realized they didn't put my fries in the bag. I went back in, told the young lady whom appeared to be a manager. She had an employee get the fries and put them in a bag. She handed them to me without any apology or saying anything at all.
