What’s the point of mobile ordering—well ahead of arriving—if the order isn’t ready when a customer arrives and told to pull into the waiting spot? Make it make sense.
The day I went I could have cooked 3 burgers just as fast my self had to wait 28 mins there was another guy waiting when I came in and was still waiting when I left and I felt like the guy working the front counter would have preferred us not to even be there . Everyone has bad days but when you work a public job you can't take it out on your customers.
I always enjoy getting a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and some OJ on Sunday morning at McDonald’s here in Portland Tennessee. Seems like they have the best. I don’t really like to eat outside my community.
