Went late one evening without knowing the store was understaffed. Used the app to order. Lady was delivering food to another car when she informed me my stalls button was broken and asked my order info. She promptly made my order and brought it to me apologizing for the stall inconvenience.I have always enjoyed this sonic and have had kind interactions with staff. Keep up the good work.
I ordered the chicken strip dinner and I was highly disappointd. The chicken was small,flat and old. They looked like kids,frozen chicken fingers instead of actual breaded chicken strips. The "piece of bread" was hard and not buttered. The onion rings were the only good thing ab the dinner but there were only 4 of them. Follow-up to comment-I appreciate the owner reaching out and I will be calling the number given

Went to Sonic to try the pulled pork sandwich. They drowned it in a spicy sauce. Didn't care for the sauce or the soggy buns. I didn't order bbq sauce on it ...was ordered plain and dry. Walmart pulled pork sandwich is soooo much better.
