I come to this McDonald's and this McDonald's only here in BG. After a long night at work or in between jobs, I stop in for a quick bite to eat. 9x out of 10 my food is always hot and fresh. I had one bad experience and Erica took care of me. I really appreciate the kindness. You don't find that often anymore. People are so quick to be angry when you complain, but not Erica! If you are going to any McDonald's in BG, this is the best one.
Vicky was very helpful and friendly. I was compelled to write a review because of the quality of the food. I had given up on McDonalds but this place knows what they’re doing. Best double quarter pounder Ive had in years. Thank you!
