I am convinced McDonald’s doesn’t care about any customers because there will always be someone else who will keep going. No one is willing to help at any location. Why do we continue to go. The food is not great and service is worse. That’s why Chick Filet is better. Not because the food is so much better but the customer service is. Just go somewhere else.

Order was taken promptly. Individual who took payment was friendly. Was quickly moved to “holding spot” without even being greeted by young lady at 2nd window - it’s fine, they were busy, I get it - I used to do this and know it can be stressful. Order was brought out - entire order was wrong. Nevertheless, they ensured that I got my whole order made fresh and apologized and even gave me free fries since they got my order wrong. Overall - experience was a little rocky, but they made it right, management was friendly and apologetic, and the food was fresh so overall, I give if a 4 star review.

Since the management change, this location has gone dramatically downhill in terms of wait time, correct orders, and customer service.Waiting in line 20 minutes because they don't ask the person up front to pull forward and wait is absurd.Put more people on each shift. Do better.

This is the most poorly run McDonalds I think I have ever seen. It took 20 minutes just to get a caramel frappe. I could have had a family of 4 instead of this by the time they finished. Haven't been this disappointed since my last ex.
