“We do not have Zaxby's in Michigan and everyone there talks highly of the other chicken places. When asked what my favorite chicken restaurant is no one has heard of Zaxby's. I always try to hit one up when giving the chance. Your breading and flavor is what I like. Keep up the great job!“

“The service was very fast. I spent less than 5 minutes in the drive-thru from the time I placed my order until I received it. The person who helped me was very friendly and patient with my foreign accent. And, as always, the food was delicious!“

“We were in the drive thru so atmosphere was not much to talk about. Service was fine, except she forgot to ask about sides. Food is always good at this store. It's a go to place for us if we are shopping and are ready to eat.
Parking: Not a lot of parking up front, but there is more in the back.“

“Food came out piping. Almost burned my mouth which isn’t expected with fast food. All of the staff were outstandingly wonderfully. I came in with a big group and the food came out in just a few minutes as fresh as ever. And clean bathrooms.“
