This place is THE worst run business I have seen in years. There had not been one time I have gone here an my order be correct, yet we still keep going because our kids like it and it's close to where we live. After tonight though, and the 40 minute wait my wife had to put up with, we will not be back. Horribly run.
There chicken piece in there chicken select is the size of Mac Donald’s nuggets. So if you order a 3 or 4 piece. For 10 bucks. It’s pretty much a half of meal. They will charge you for items you ordered but you won’t get them. Quality has gone way down. You’d be better off going to Mac Donald’s or Burger King for half the price.. or raising kanes. Or chick fil a…. Zaxby is trash they will be closed just like bojangles did
I live in Ohio. My company is based in Arkansas. Last year was the first time I'd heard of, or tried Zaxby's. I love this food! I'm now on vacation, in Bowling Green KY. They have Zaxby's here. I've been eating at this one all week. This location is clean, inside and out. Decor is always cool at Zaxby's. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Chloe J. took my order.
