One particular time I had amazing service was on 18 September 2024 at approximately 8:30pm. At this particular visit I got to witness an employee working the drive through line, she did an amazing job dealing with 2 separate customers that I believe had issues with their order which she promptly fixed. When it was mine turn in line she very professionally and quickly took my order. I did not catch her name so if anyone from management could recognize this employee she was white, had blonde, short hair, and was average height.

The location is kinda bad due to the traffic issues but other than that I have no complaints.“

“My husband brought home wings and fries from here tonight and they are honestly the best we have ever had. We love the multiple sauce options and really appreciate how generous y’all are with sauce portions! The wings were PERFECT! We can’t wait to try more flavors. We will be back often now! ♥️“

To many people crowded into the area and our local gov likes the new tax$$$$ but they aren't putting it into roads and bridges to ease traffic.“

“My parents and I decided to grab lunch and ended up eating at this small, family-owned Korean place called Fly Chicken Fly. When Mom and I walked in, I could tell that this was a well-loved place. The owner, the ajumma, was friendly and kind. We ordered some sweet and spicy wings, fried rice, and a pork cutlet bento box for Dad. The food was DELICIOUS and the perfect portions for lunch. Hot, fresh, and spicy (but not too spicy), and reasonably priced. Masisseoyo (맛있어요). (I forgot to take photos because I was so immersed in EATING the food.)

Fly Chicken Fly could be easily called a "hole-in-the-wall" place located in a strip mall. It's not fancy; however, it's so much more. Based upon the large group of regulars at one table and several customers coming in and out to grab take-out and chatting with the owner, this is a local place worth checking out. I also noticed they had different banchans (side dishes) and dduk (Korean rice cakes) to purchase as well. Overall, the next time we are in Clarksville, we will come back. “The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great “order ahead” online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :)“

“I always go to this location in Clarksville, and the employees are always so nice. The food can have moments of not being the best. I ordered the tacos to try them out and it was just chicken with sauce wrapped in a tortilla. Definitely wish I could experienced it better since it was new. I usually stick to the same thing, but wanted to venture out. I'm not sure if it has improved, but I was disappointed in that aspect. Other than that, I always go back because it's convenient, the employees are great and the food is good for the most part.“
