“Hi, I don't normally leave reviews, but after reading some of them, I felt I needed to. I'm not from Dickson, but I stopped in to pick up a 12 piece family meal for my family back home. When I got home, I noticed that they had given me an 8 piece meal instead of the 12. I called them, and the man on the phone was very polite and took my name. He said to stop by anytime and they would make it right. 2 days later, I passed through Dickson and I stopped. I explained who I was and my name had been written down. They said that they would take care of it. They surely did. I was expecting the 4 pieces of chicken that was left out. They went above and beyond and gave me another meal for my family. The staff was absolutely amazing and the food was great. They were all VERY polite and very professional. They talked, laughed, and joked with us. They are a great bunch of people. I'm a combat veteran with the Marine Corps and I know some of you are like me and wonder sometimes what we were fighting for. Well, it's for people like this. The people in Dickson County are very polite, particularly at Popeyes Kitchen. They are people and make mistakes just like we all do, but they will make it right if you let them know instead of blasting them with a bad review. Give a little grace and it will come back to you and then some. Thank you to the staff at Popeyes in Dickson TN. I will be stopping again soon. If you decide to go to Popeyes and drive through the drive thru, I'm telling you, you are missing out. Get out, talk to them, you'll see what I'm talking about.“

“The cashiers name was Salina who took my order she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. Although when I got my order the chicken was very dry and salina had replaced it with fresh chicken and was very nice and polite about she deserves a 10/10“
