Went in for lunch on a Friday so relatively dead. The waitress was a little pushy and was really enthusiastic with her responses so it was hard to tell if she was being sarcastic or what.“

One particular time I had amazing service was on 18 September 2024 at approximately 8:30pm. At this particular visit I got to witness an employee working the drive through line, she did an amazing job dealing with 2 separate customers that I believe had issues with their order which she promptly fixed. When it was mine turn in line she very professionally and quickly took my order. I did not catch her name so if anyone from management could recognize this employee she was white, had blonde, short hair, and was average height.

The location is kinda bad due to the traffic issues but other than that I have no complaints.“

“Food is always great service isn't bad, just not as friendly as it has been in the past. Atmosphere is going down in all our restaurants and businesses in the area. To many people crowded into the area and our local gov likes the new tax$$$$ but they aren't putting it into roads and bridges to ease traffic.“

“I always go to this location in Clarksville, and the employees are always so nice. The food can have moments of not being the best. I ordered the tacos to try them out and it was just chicken with sauce wrapped in a tortilla. Definitely wish I could experienced it better since it was new. I usually stick to the same thing, but wanted to venture out. I'm not sure if it has improved, but I was disappointed in that aspect. Other than that, I always go back because it's convenient, the employees are great and the food is good for the most part.“

It comes with a juicy patty, melted cheese, grilled onions, eggs, and a secret sauce that's amazing. don’t put too much sauce. Overall, this burger is a delicious hidden gem. “The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great “order ahead” online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :)“
