“The restaurant must’ve been busy because we had one very sweet waitress that was working her butt off for several tables and we were waiting for food constantly. We just got so frustrated. We just bagged it up and brought it home. I’ve truly don’t think it was the waitress’s fault. I think she had too many tables, but it was super disappointing.“

“Lets me make this clear, I am not a fake reviewer; I have been eating at these places. It was breakfast at 6:59am, I go through the drive through to pick up my chicken minis, when all of a sudden I saw chickens crossing the road to Chick-fil-A, and after that, this is all I heard, “Backakdhdjdhsidvdid.” I was so scared I pulled up immediately to the checkout and demanded my food. When I took the food the worker looked at me and said, “ That’s what we’re going to do” When he said this he pulled out a doll and threw it in lava. When I looked behind me I saw a wall of flesh (unrelated to the wall of flesh) chasing me. I sped up so fast I was going 500 in a school zone. But when I ate the food it was good I guess so I will go back again.“

Normally I would give 5 stars but for whatever reason tonights order was not up to par with Chick-fil-a standards. The service was great. Drive thru time was excellent (mobile order) but the food tonight was not good. My fries were not even warm and my chicken sandwich was warm but soggy instead of crispy (I threw it all away). Luckily I had rewards so I didn't spend more than gas money and time on this order although neither I can get back. I may be back because I do love Chick-fil-a and hopefully I can change this to a 5 star review.“

“Keshun was an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in. He didn’t rush us, made suggestions, said hi to our little girl. A bit after we ordered, he came over and apologized the order was taking a little longer than expected but that was because when one of our sandwiches got back got to him to bring to us, it didn’t meet his expectations - HE would have wanted it better so he wanted it better for us. He then made sure to make it up to us and made sure we were beyond happy before we left. He took pride in his job and made sure we had an excellent experience!“

“Great food, would have been perfect place to eat had not the manager not been disciplining a employee in front of everyone eating. There is a time and place for this. It wasn't that he was tying to been seen his voice carried so everyone could hear everything he was saying, should not have had to experience that. But food, service, sweet tea was excellent ( please don't ever go to fountain tea it's awful) building and parking lot was great. This was our
first time eating at Zaxbys I will definitely try other stores because of this one.“

“The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great “order ahead” online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :)“
