“I walked up to the counter to order and the employee taking orders was just standing there ordering her own meal not taking my order. Then she was rude and unprofessional. I had to ask her to repeat everything she said as she talked so softly. Then the fries were cold and my order was to go and they gave no silverware to eat with it.“
