“First time eating at Ritzy’s today, December 19, 2025. Atmosphere was quiet. Staff were friendly. Tables & floor were very clean. Soda machine & condiment area was clean. My boyfriend & I ordered two, #1s. Food was ready rather quickly, fresh & warm. Hamburgers were fantastic. The onion rings were delicious. I decided to order the famous PB & J, & I am glad I did. It looks so good! (Haven’t ate it yet) Overall, I will definitely stop in here again when I come to my hometown, Owensboro, KY!“

“Yesterday, I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A that reminded me of the amazing staff they have. My car unexpectedly broke down while blocking two lanes of traffic, and I was completely overwhelmed. The manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, immediately stepped in to help. He directed traffic to ensure everyone’s safety and even checked his own vehicle for jumper cables. He also assisted in pushing my car out of traffic’s way and made sure I was okay throughout the entire situation.
To top it off, because everything took so long, my meal had gotten cold. The manager kindly remade it without me even having to ask twice. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a very stressful situation into something manageable.
Customer service like this is rare, and this manager truly deserves recognition. Thank you to him and the entire Chick-fil-A team for their compassion and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Food is good. Prices are a little higher medium fry is $5. 12 inch sub is $12. Fresh made to order fries. The wood chairs and tables are sticky at this location, might have to do with the cleaner breaking down the finish on the tables and chairs. Floor is sticky too. Bathrooms are clean and nice.“
