“My family is very excited about for Tuesday nights! The kids always ask to go to Freddy’s for kids meals, world class onion rings, and their free kid custard. The staff is always very pleasant while ordering and happy to serve the children their custard after they eat their meal. The store manager Mrs. Potts is always ensuring the restaurant is clean and everyone is helping the restaurant run smoothly. We have the best Freddy’s around 🥳“

“Yesterday, I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A that reminded me of the amazing staff they have. My car unexpectedly broke down while blocking two lanes of traffic, and I was completely overwhelmed. The manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, immediately stepped in to help. He directed traffic to ensure everyone’s safety and even checked his own vehicle for jumper cables. He also assisted in pushing my car out of traffic’s way and made sure I was okay throughout the entire situation.

To top it off, because everything took so long, my meal had gotten cold. The manager kindly remade it without me even having to ask twice. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a very stressful situation into something manageable.

Customer service like this is rare, and this manager truly deserves recognition. Thank you to him and the entire Chick-fil-A team for their compassion and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

It was fresh and the fries weren't soaked in grease and the cheese sauce was very good! The others do not compare..the management was very nice and it was clean! “I ordered some food to be delivered to the emergency room, and this Papa John's absolutely went the extra mile to make sure that I got my food when I needed it at 10:00pm. Not only did they deliver my food perfectly cooked, it was also hot and it really hit the spot!! The delivery driver even called me on my cell phone to let me know that my food was delivered to the front desk of the ER. “I stopped at this Subway 1/11/2026 just before 10pm. The gentleman who helped me was named Corey. He was working by himself, yet the store was clean and spotless. He had excellent customer service, and made my sandwich better than any other Subway I've visited in a long time. This was hands down, the BEST Subway experience I have had in YEARS.“

“The food was good, everything came out hot and fresh, fries weren't overly salted. The employees were nice, pretty much what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It could use a good deep clean though, I was the only customer inside, they weren't busy by any means and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned since whenever the previous customer was there. Everything felt like it had a layer of grime and was only quickly cleaned at the end of a shift. I would not suggest eating inside.“

“This place is awesome! The kids had a great time, I was a little worried because it is so big it is hard to keep a eye on them. We posted one person on each end on opposite sides so it was better. They have these humungas trees that you can walk thru or sit on and they have all these bridges. They also have a splash pad for summer.“

“I called the Burger King on West Parrish to let them know we’d have a large group of 30-40 people coming in around 8:30pm to hang out in the dining room. They were READY! They served us very quickly, and I didn’t hear one person say their order was wrong. Thank you, Burger King on West Parrish for welcoming us even though it had to be overwhelming and hectic and for making our end-of-the-school year hang-out fun! There were paper crowns for everyone! 😄. Truly great service with good energy and atmosphere!“

Anywhere you go utilizes F.I.F.O. method. They also have their builds ie. The amount that is put on a product. Don't like it want more? Say so. @Richmond Postals during severe storm warnings for the safety of employees it is policy for the doors to be locked until the all clear is given. Yes after I saw your review I made sure my store was not being closed early without cause.“

I mean if we didn't pay for the sauces it wouldn't be a big deal but it's ridiculous paying for something and not getting it. Not just once but multiple times at the same location. At least the pizza was decent the first time. The second time not so much. Literally the WORST pizza I've gotten anywhere. What a waste of money. The food is always great and the staff is excellent and tonight they were very busy.
Ashton waited on me this evening as she saw the line was backing up and could use the help.
She greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like to have this evening. It all looked great, but I settled on a plate with sesame chicken and orange chicken rice, super greens and I took aside of cheese Rangoon’s.
She put my order together, boxed it all up, bagged it, and I was out the door.

“Was greeted upon entering the restaurant. Associate was friendly and welcoming. Ordering was quick and easy. Food was delivered to me quickly, was hot and fresh. I enjoyed that the associates seemed to be enjoying their day and working without complaining. They were singing and talking back and forth to each other about improvise thru times. It so common to see associates that complain and talk how they hate their jobs. This was a nice observation for a change.“
