My family is very excited about for Tuesday nights! The kids always ask to go to Freddy’s for kids meals, world class onion rings, and their free kid custard. The staff is always very pleasant while ordering and happy to serve the children their custard after they eat their meal. The store manager Mrs. Potts is always ensuring the restaurant is clean and everyone is helping the restaurant run smoothly. We have the best Freddy’s around 🥳
If we go to Owensboro this is the place we go to every time. I live the burgers here and the tots are seasoned with awesome spice!
My favorite spot. Great service and always ask me if I'm a veteran so I get my discount.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a delightful destination for a sweet or savory treat. Their frozen custard is creamy and delicious, while their food is always perfectly cooked and assembled. The staff provides phenomenal service, making customers feel valued and ensuring a great experience. Many diners appreciate the quick food preparation and the professionalism of the employees, who are friendly and attentive. Customers have had issues quickly resolved, and each staff member greets visitors with a smile, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
The burger with the pretzel bun is particularly praised, especially when topped with "beer cheese." While some customers note that the shakes can be too thick and overflavored, the overall feedback about Freddy’s is overwhelmingly positive, with many enjoying each visit and finding the experience absolutely wonderful.
