“My only comment would be if you're going to have outside order takers perhaps have a product list somewhere visible before the drive through speaker or even a laminated menu they can hand to the car, as my older generation mother and grandmother didn't know what they wanted, wanted to know prices and I'm sure caused us to hold up the line behind us while your poor employee is just following our car along because I couldn't just pull up pricing on your website it wanted me to start an order before I got that information though it would show items available just not pricing listed with it, with the older generations some aren't all that savvy to change all the time and in the current economy lots of people want to know the price of something before they commit to buying it.“
