Our first visit to a Zaxby's after hearing friends raving about other Zaxby's they've been to. The food was middle of the road and okay. The employees were friendly and the cashier patiently answered our questions without making us feel rushed. So far, so good...no real complaints.The dining room was not in good shape. The tables were dirty, the area around the soda machine was wet and sticky, but the worst were the floors through the entire dining area that were incredibly greasy...read full review
Don't ever go to a chicken place and get a salad? Which has the chicken in it because you're gonna eventually just want to hold out a chicken? But then again i'm at lunch at work and I didn't want to be full at least not too

First time eating at Zaxbys.The service was good, atmosphere was ok, some tables not cleared.The food was good. I was impressed the chicken sandwich was grilled, not breaded, and an actual piece of chicken breast. Good flavor for fast food. Fries, "meh", I prefer thin fries.
