First time eating at Zaxbys.The service was good, atmosphere was ok, some tables not cleared.The food was good. I was impressed the chicken sandwich was grilled, not breaded, and an actual piece of chicken breast. Good flavor for fast food. Fries, "meh", I prefer thin fries.

Went through drive through. Ordered the 20pc tender family meal…. Had to wait for fresh chicken which is perfectly fine. They then bring me out someone else’s order because the mistakenly gave my order to another car. Then they remake my food making us wait another 10 min only to bring me out the chicken no fries or bread. She checks my receipt telling me I only ordered the chicken and blamed it on their new hire for messing my order up twice. I specifically said family meal when I ordered. I waited for over 20 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t even right and then was told I could come in and order fries and bread if I wanted it. Pass because that would have cost me more then $2 for what I was supposed to get to begin with.
Customer service in Owensboro Ky is trash.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They took 55 minutes on my order and barely even apologized. They pull people to the side of the restaurant to beat their drive thru time. They are dishonest and very rude. I will go to any other restaurant from now on.
