“We live in Columbus Indiana and go to the local Culvers a few times a month but we were in Evansville Saturday night and as we were heading back to Columbus we hadn't eaten so we drove through this Culvers. “While there are many places to get these styles of Burritos, I found the service excellent, the dining room clean, and the refills free on Soda. That alone sets Hot Head's apart from a place like Chipotle. “Arby's is a great restaurant and a safe choice when traveling, which I do for work a lot. This is my home location and is going through some transition it seems. Their food quality is top-notch, but much of their current staff has yet to settle in. Also, I keep going there for their Cherry Turnovers, and the last 5 times they have been out, and I am going between 1-6pm, so not at closing. I think the tornado damage lately might also be complicating things. I will keep returning, and update this if they pull things together.“
“Just wanted to share that my first ever visit to a Freddy’s was A+. I was part of a school group that visited this establishment on Saturday, Feb. 10 around 5pm. We had roughly 25 students plus 6 adults. The parking of two buses was not a problem. The workers were incredibly friendly and accurate on preparation of each order. Not a single complaint. The food was awesome and the service even better. I would not hesitate to make another visit. “I arrived one evening with a group of friends, and we all ordered as usual. The inside lobby was not very busy, but the drive through was constantly active. We all ordered without any problems, and the woman behind the counter was patient with some of my more indecisive friends. Everyone in my group, aside from myself, got their food in a timely manner, but my order had somehow gotten lost. I could tell from walking back up to the counter that the few people working were constantly scrambling to keep things running. I managed to get the attention of one lady who was either the manager or shift lead, and she apologized for the mistake. I received my food and went back to eating with my group. Not long after that, she left the kitchen and personally apologized again, while also giving me a complimentary card for my next meal. I did have to wait but was not bothered. Despite being understaffed that night, it was a crew of good people and they deserved a little patience. The lady who went to make amends was earnest and left a great impression for the rest of them. I was greeted, but then when I was ordering and asked the girl what comes with the meal....she said any side. I asked what did they have and instead of telling me....she replied "it's up there!" I wasn't wearing my glasses so I couldn't see the selections very well. I feel if a customer asks....an employee could point at the menu and read them off. Their spicy Italian sausage meat topping is great, I should've ordered both pizza's with the spicy Italian sausage because I almost eat one by myself but I left a couple pieces so my grandma and uncle had some besides the pepperoni pizza.
