Hardee's, a popular fast-food restaurant, is known for its friendly staff and delicious menu offerings, particularly its breakfast items. Customers have praised the efficiency and kindness of the employees, with one reviewer highlighting the exceptional service provided by Kim at the counter. The biscuits and gravy, as well as the ham platter, have been described as delicious.
The drive-thru experience at Hardee's has also been a highlight for many customers. One reviewer noted the quick and pleasant service they received from the manager at the window, even during the early morning rush. Another customer mentioned the attentive and friendly service they received from the employee Consuela, who processed their order swiftly.
However, not all reviews have been positive. One customer expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of the dining room, citing issues with the build-up of grime and dirt on the floors, tables, and walls. They had previously raised this concern with the manager, but their request for cleaning had been ignored.
Overall, Hardee's seems to offer a mixed experience, with exceptional service and tasty food balanced against concerns about the maintenance of the dining area. Customers appear to have a generally favorable impression of the restaurant, though some improvements in cleanliness could enhance the overall experience.
