I ordered 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich and a Tenders kids meal. Both burgers and the chicken sandwich had over a half cup of mayo on them making them inedible. The tenders were over cooked and tough. Expect for the fries and drinks, it was a waste if $40.

We have been to this location several times and they do not want to wait on you the food is cold the french fries are cold the drive-thru takes way too long and you go inside and its no better we don't like being ignored so we will go elsewhere

I went there to try a monster. Manager Joyce asked if I've ever had a Monster wrap. [I've never] I tried it and it was the BEST sandwich I've ever had. I can't think of the cooks name. But he did an 5☆job on it. Now mind you, I was use to waiting forever on my food. It was the fastest order I've ever had. Hardees did a GREAT JOB. THEY DESERVE MORE ?

Ordered a chicken and biscuit meal and the chicken was very old and just ugly; burned and shriveled with old grease. I waited almost 15 minutes inside and took my bag home. I went all the way back to the store and showed it to the Mgr. She said she wouldn't eat it either and offered to make me a new one, but I wasn't interested. Then when I asked for my money back for the meal after I had to drive all the way back to the store, I was nit picked and only got the money back for the sandwich and hash browns. The drink was mostly consumed, waiting on my order, and was flat.This is not customer service, not making it right, and I do not recommend.

After standing there, 10 minutes waiting for an order that was placed online. The manager came through and told me. I was standing too far behind the counter because I was on the side and to wait out in the lobby. In the meantime, he didn't bother helping the 5 other customers who had been standing there. Who hadn't even been greeted he was too concerned about where I was standing. Not to mention he was wearing gym shorts and a T-shirt and spouting everyone that he was the assistant manager as if we cared.
