Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers offers a variety of delicious food, including bacon cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and shoestring fries. The restaurant is known for its tasty ice cream and toppings, though some customers have noted the prices can be a bit high. The East Side Freddy's location is particularly well-liked, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Customers praise the burgers, fries, and desserts, especially the Brownie Concrete. Many mention that the burgers are excellent and melt in your mouth, with the frozen orange custard being especially refreshing and yummy. The shoestring fries and tots are also highly recommended. Some customers appreciate the friendly drive-thru service, though there can be a wait. A few have noted cleanliness issues, such as dirty tables that need wiping, and concerns about the small soap pump in the bathroom, which sometimes has little soap left. Overall, Freddy's provides a good dining experience with tasty food and friendly service, despite some minor issues.
