One of those go to places for consistent good fried fish. The service is lacking at times for dinning in. The decor is adequate but dated.
For the middle of the afternoon, I got hot fresh, good food. Customers were coming in steadily. I had to wait a few minutes but no problem. This is the second time I stopped here for a late lunch takeout on my way home from a regular appt in Eville. Owensboro doesn't have Captain Ds anymore - so, this is a positive treat. Thank You'All
Haven’t been to Captain D’s in a long time but I went through the drive through on Thursday 7/9. The chicken and fish were so delicious! Kaysha was the person on my receipt and she gave awesome service too. Napkins, butter, utensils, and the sauce I requested, and the food was hot.
