First time ever in Indiana and we decided to eat here. The food was fresh and delicious. The best that I’ve had at a Captain D’s location in a while. The customer service was also excellent and I appreciate how one of the employees came and asked how our food was. I recommend the giant fish sandwich, it’s my childhood favorite. It taste even better spicy!

Honestly I'm surprised captain D's is still around. I was thinking when I left, they it have to be The only restaurant fast food or not that doesn't give you a drink with your meal. You have to pay extra for a drink. There's nothing wrong with the food, I think it's a reasonably priced, but it's 2024 and you guys still do not offer a drink with your meal? Come on now. Would I go back? Probably. Hard to beat those 399 clams lol
Good food but severely understaffed. 30 minutes for a spicy fish meal and that’s it. Working in the restaurant industry this is ridiculous and should be illegal for the owner to do this to these people. Look out for the really fake AI response that I’m going to get from Captain D’s ⬇️

Terrible customer service they should really look more into who they hire, food was cold and tasted like old dirty fry oil, bathrooms were terrible.
I've not had an issue with the food but.... I ordered the loaded potato soup, and they didn't have it but I paid for it. I get there and they tell me that they don't have the potato soup and that I can't exchange for something else that they would have, and I have to dispute to get my money back because they don't do that. Bad Business!
