“Ended up waiting ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD IN DRIVE THRU. We weren't in a big hurry so when they said they were having trouble with the Grill and some ppl were having to wait 20 minutes, we said okay we'd wait. But the food was good, when we got it, at least we had hot, good food. Hopefully, the Grill problem will be fixed soon. It would've done no good getting mad and yelling or cussing at the team members, wasn't their fault.“

“I just want to say, I go through the drive through at least once a week, sometimes more. There’s a lady, I asked her name this morning, Alberta. She has the best personality for customer service!! Of course she doesn’t know when I’m coming but, she is so consistent in her cheerful greeting in the drive through. I just had to give her a shout out. This McDonald’s should be happy to have her on their team.“

“The folks at this Pizza Hut were great...and the rating is not against the Boonville store. However, this is not my usual choice for locations because the PH in Newburgh, Indiana was not taking online orders. That was the only drawback to my experience.“

“I've had mixed experiences, I've only been here twice. The first time the woman that waited on me seemed very unpleasant and unhappy. Although she said nothing to me directly she just didn't need to be at the counter. My second visit about the same time of day went very well. I believe that may have been the manager standing there. What ever the reason I had a great second experience there, the food was good place clean. I've no complaints.
Parking: Fairly small parking lot. Just keep that in mind if you have a trailer, or possibly a 1 ton of its bus.“
