I just want to say, I go through the drive through at least once a week, sometimes more. There’s a lady, I asked her name this morning, Alberta. She has the best personality for customer service!! Of course she doesn’t know when I’m coming but, she is so consistent in her cheerful greeting in the drive through. I just had to give her a shout out. This McDonald’s should be happy to have her on their team.
