I wanted to sit down for a burger but the dining room was closed due to short staffing. I ordered a double but got a single. It would have been 20-30 minutes to go back through the drive through to get it fixed. Fries were hot but a little hard. This used to be the best burger chain in the world IMPO. It’s just not any more.
Listen the GD Ritzy’s on green river road is a staple of Evansville. They provide great service and great burgers. Post pandemic many places cut quality and raised prices. Yes GD Ritzys is more expensive but they are vastly worth it. I have never had a bad burger or fries from here and if you like cherry Pepsi this is the place to order it. Make sure to add extra cherry for a kick!

The guy ringing us up was on his phone while taking our order, and to our order wrong. Then him and another employee who were both on their phones got our ice cream without gloves. Then went back to texting. Gross Also waited to get our receipt and they never gave it to us. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave him a single.
