I waited at the drive thru 2/29/2024 8pm to order for 10 minutes at the box. No one was at the window and no called to take my order. I pull up to the window to take my order and to ask if the box was broken and waited another 5 minutes. They said since I did t wait at the box to order I have to pull to the back of the line, which was at 7 cars back at this point. I said I was already waiting at the box for 10 minutes. She said there’s nothing she can do . Used to be a favorite spot to take my kids.
The guy ringing us up was on his phone while taking our order, and to our order wrong. Then him and another employee who were both on their phones got our ice cream without gloves. Then went back to texting. Gross Also waited to get our receipt and they never gave it to us. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave him a single.

Just ordered a burger combo and it came plain when I didn't ask for a plain cheeseburger. I spent $18 and am not pleased that the staff was lazy and couldn't put the toppings on the burger. Milkshakes are great but not happy with the food.
