They first said my gift card doesn’t work when I used two days ago and had enough remaining valence then they used chocolate syrup for the heath cup perfection when it suppose to be fudge. Ruins daughter and I evening. Especially I paid with my own cash and the gift card was a Christmas gift and it was correct gift card bc the receipt was wrapped around it and I out it up at my House I will be calling tomorrow
When ordering a blizzard, I was given a thin milk shake. When asked about it, I was told they had just had a $900 hour and the machines were over worked. Is this not an ice cream business? Why didn’t they say they couldn’t make the blizzard?
It was served in 2 cups. Would not use the spoon since it was too thin and didn’t have a straw, I took the cups apart so I could drink it. The reason for the second cup is they had punctured the side of the cup. I now had...read full review
